A refundable membership bond is required as a condition of bondholder membership, which assures eligibility in 2012 and beyond. Download the Bond Application for further details. The terms and conditions of the Bond Certificate, which members will receive, can be viewed here.

New members who choose to forego the bond in 2011 can pay the non-bondholder rate; a bond would then be required in 2012.
