Q. How much will membership cost this year?
A. Membership rates are as follows:

Q. What are the guest fees and restrictions?
A. Guest fees are $10 per visit for adults and children 5 & over. North Castle Resident senior citizens and all children 4 & under are free. Guests are required to sign in at the front desk and are limited to 5 visits per summer. Members are limited to 5 guests at any one time, but are not limited to any particular number for the season. For groups of 6 or more, arrangements must be made with Kristin to schedule a "party."
Q. What are the hours of operation?
A. Hours of operation are:
6/18 - 6/19 Weekends 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
6/20 - 6/24 Everyday 2:30 pm - 7:00 pm
6/25 - 7/4 Everyday 10:00 am - 8:00 pm
7/5 - 8/14 Weekends 10:00 am - 8:00 pm; Weekdays 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
8/15 - 9/5 Everyday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm/dusk
The pool will open LATE (approx. 12 noon) on Saturday, July 16th and Saturday, July 30th due to home swim meets.
The pool will close EARLY (4:15 pm) on Thursday, July 21st due to a home swim meet.
The LAP LANES ONLY will close at 4pm on Monday, July 25th due to our Swim Team's Invitational Meet.
The pool will close early (6pm) on Saturday, July 30th, due to the Swim & Dive Team Awards Dinner.
Q. Is the pool heated?
A. Yes, all 400,000 gallons are nice and warm!
Q. How do I join ALERC?
A. Applications for both the Membership Bond and the Annual Membership are available for download here on the site. HYPERLINK "http://ehrmanpool.org/membership.htm"Click here for the membership page. Memberships are also accepted in person during the summer season during our regular hours of operation.
Q. Is ALERC a municipal facility?
A. No, ALERC operates as a private philanthropy, a not-for-profit enterprise listed with the IRS and NY State Charities Bureau as a [501{c}3]. The Center is governed by a Board of Directors of vested volunteers and maintains a mission to provide affordable recreation to the local community.
Q. How was the $3 Million reconstruction effort funded?
A. The reconstruction of the facility will be paid for entirely with private money; taxpayers will not pay a dime. For information on how to contribute to the Capital Campaign, please visit the Donation section on this site.
